Our Tees are printed using the direct to garment (DTG) printing method. The digital art work is printed directly on your t-shirt. The DTG inks are Eco friendly and has fantastic resolution. It captures the photographic feel and it’s great to the touch.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

From the time of your order, it usually takes within 2-5 days to ship your order. Then shipping time may be extended due to Covid-19, and that will depend on the method of shipping you pick at the checkout. On average estimate 7 business working days to have your order with you. Kindly refer to our shipping section for more information or updates concerning shipping.

Will Covid-19 impact on how log it will take my order to arrive?

Due to the current world situation as a result of Covid-19, we have created a Navigating Covid-19 page for any update on our order fulfilment during this period. Click on the Link at the bottom of our home page for updates.

Can I change the design or T-shirt colour?

Our T-shirts are designed to reflect The BOW Civility Store brand and so we are unable to grant this request to customise your T-Shirt to something different to what is available for purchase from our online store. For wholesale and custom designs, send us an email on admin@thebowstoreuk.com

 Why does my T-shirts have slight discolouration?

We use a special solution in the printing process, so don’t worry if you notice a slight new shirt scent or some discolouration. It will disappear after the first wash.

What is the meaning of ‘Made to Order’?

Our tees are designed and printed just for you! This means once your order is place, we send your shirt for production and the finished product is shipped to your doorstep.
