How The BOW Store UK is adapting to Covid-19
The BOW Store UK works with a fulfilment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.
Our fulfilment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfilment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you.
Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take good care of yourselves.
Information regarding Covid-19
The global social distancing measures are affecting our online store as well which means order fulfilment and shipping is taking more time than usual (expect delays).
Our standard fulfilment estimate of 3-7 business days is currently closer to 4-10 business days, excludes bank holidays and weekends. Whilst our fulfilment partners are working hard to fulfil our others, they are also working with other small businesses like ours and with the influx form valued customers like you, the online stores are becoming increasingly popular. Once your orders have been carefully handed over to for shipment, their staffing capacity is what determines how quickly your orders reach you and as we are sadly aware that this hasn't been reliable as of late, hence, expect delays but be assured your package will get to you just later than usual. We advise you order earlier than you usually do if your order is a gift to allow prompt delivery.
The e-commerce business has experienced growth since the start of the pandemic, shipping carriers are overwhelmed with processing most incoming orders and some carriers are limiting the daily number of packages they accept from a customer, and tons of shipments are held up in distribution centres, leading to extensive industry-wide shipping delays. Please note that tracking links will take longer than usual to update, with shipments showing as being stuck in pre-shipment. This by no means denotes that your order is lost, but that it's still being processed by the carrier—this overload of shipments means shipping carriers are slower to register and ship your orders from their distribution centres.
We’re actively reviewing orders and communicating with our print partner and following the latest news on Covid-19.
Please follow this page for current updates on our operations during Covid-19. This is a challenging time for everyone and we thank you for your patience. Your health is our top priority keep safe.
